Dear Dr. Parker,

I wish to thank you for the way you handled my recent crown replacement. The old one had been a source of much discomfort for me, and it is such a relief to be free of the sensitivity and pain. You showed great integrity by immediately remedying the situation (at no cost to me) when a crack was discovered in my crown. I understand for a dentist, time is money, and this was a time consuming procedure. Yet you handled it graciously. I know I am blessed to have a dentist like you, because I have heard many horror stories from others with similar (or worse) situations, whose dentists refused to correct the problem. Thanks again for "standing by your work".

I'm writing to pass along a compliment about the quality of service I received by DFW Smiles. Since I'm often quick to complain when something doesn't meet my standards, I want to be sure to give praise when it's due.

On August 24, 2005 I made a brief stop at DFW Smiles. I was inquiring about acceptance of insurance, teeth whitening, and child dentistry. The receptionist, Ms. Cheryl, greeted me with a very enthusiastic attitude. She was very pleasant and courteous. I was very concerned about my insurance coverage but Ms. Cherly was very patient with me. She immediately offered an appointment for my daughter for Saturday, August 27th. I was very surprised. Afterwards she noted all my information and stated Ms. Darlene would give me a call regarding the insurance. I received a call from Ms. Darlene on August 25th at work. I retuned the call and Ms. Amanda answered. I was placed on hold however, she asked if she could place me on hold and after about 1 minute she advised me that Ms. Darlene was still occupied. This may seem simple but most receptionists do not show any phone etiquette. Ms. Amanda showed great phone etiquette. Once speaking with Ms. Darlene, she was very courteous and pleasant also, to this point, the service has been tremendous.

On August 27th my daughter had an appointment for an exam and cleaning. Ms. Sarah performed the cleaning. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and made a great first impression with her. Ms. Sarah proved to be very personable with the small kids. Dr. Garcia performed the final exam. The exam went beautifully. She was very professional and child friendly. I was very impressed with the staff.
